"You're not alone. Get added support through the power of group therapy." Sometimes it's healing just to be around others who are experiencing the same issues or difficulties. Often times you can feel isolated because the people around you can't relate or understand what you are going through. Group therapy allows people to work on their issues in a safe supportive way with like minded individuals. The schedule is always changing and new groups are being developed all the time. Previous groups have included support groups for trauma survivors, group hypnosis for smoking or weight loss, depression, bi-polar support groups, and stress management.
